Welcome to Royal Party Balloons! By accessing and using our website and services, you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. General Information

Royal Party Balloons provides balloon arrangements and delivery services across Montreal and the North Shore. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Orders & Payments

  • All orders must be placed at least 48 hours in advance for online delivery.
  • Full payment is required at checkout to confirm an order.
  • Prices are listed in CAD and are subject to applicable taxes.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order at our discretion.

3. Delivery Policy

  • We deliver across Montreal and the North Shore. If your address is not eligible for delivery, we will notify you as soon as possible.
  • Our delivery window is between 9 AM and 3 PM. We cannot guarantee an exact delivery time due to multiple deliveries and traffic conditions.
  • If the recipient’s address is incorrect and delivery is attempted, no refund will be issued. The customer assumes full responsibility for the purchase.
  • If the recipient refuses to accept the delivery, the customer remains fully liable for the cost of the order.
  • In case of severe weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances that prevent delivery, we will contact the customer to arrange rescheduling or a refund.

4. Pickup Policy

  • Orders scheduled for pickup must be collected at the agreed-upon time.
  • Once an order is picked up, Royal Party Balloons is not responsible for any damage caused due to improper handling, exposure to extreme temperatures, or other external factors.

5. Cancellations & Modifications

  • Customers may request a full refund up to 48 hours before the scheduled delivery or pickup time.
  • Orders cannot be canceled or changed on the day of delivery or pickup, as balloons are already inflated and prepared.
  • Delivery details (such as address or time) can only be modified before the order is out for delivery and are subject to availability.

6. Refunds & Returns

  • Balloons are non-returnable and non-refundable once delivered or picked up, except in cases of non-delivery due to our fault.
  • No refunds are given for issues resulting from incorrect addresses, refusal of delivery, or failure to follow proper balloon care instructions.

7. Liability Disclaimer

  • Royal Party Balloons is not responsible for any damages, delays, or failures caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, traffic, or third-party delivery services.
  • We are not liable for any allergic reactions, choking hazards, or improper use of balloons. Balloons should always be handled with care and kept away from children under 3 years old.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Quebec, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts of Montreal, Quebec.
