At Royal Party Balloons, we take great care in creating and delivering high-quality balloon arrangements to make your celebrations special. We understand that plans can change, so we’ve outlined our refund and return policy to ensure clarity and fairness for our customers.

Pickup Orders

Once you leave our store, we are no longer responsible for the condition of your balloons. We strongly recommend handling them with care and following proper storage guidelines to ensure they last as expected. Neglect, exposure to extreme temperatures, or improper care may cause balloons to deflate or pop, and we cannot provide replacements or refunds in such cases.

Order Changes & Cancellations

 

Full Refund:

You may request a full refund at least 48 hours before your scheduled pickup or delivery time.

Same-Day Cancellations:

Unfortunately, once the balloons are inflated, they become non-refundable. We cannot cancel or modify orders on the day of pickup or delivery.

Modifications:

Changes to your delivery date, time, or address are possible only if your order has not yet been delivered and are subject to availability.

Delivery Policy & Incorrect Addresses

Delivery Accuracy:

Please double-check the recipient’s address when placing your order.

Incorrect Address:

If the delivery attempt was made to an incorrect address provided by the customer, no refund will be issued. The customer is responsible for the full purchase amount in such cases.

Missed Deliveries:

If no one is available to receive the order at the delivery time and location provided, a redelivery fee may apply.

Weather & Unforeseen Circumstances

We cannot guarantee balloon longevity in extreme weather conditions. Wind, rain, snow, or high humidity may affect the durability of your balloons, and we are not responsible for damages caused by weather conditions after delivery or pickup.
