    🚚 Free Delivery Available for orders over $100 (excluding balloon arches, frames, columns, large-scale garlands, and compositions).
    📍 Delivery Area We deliver across Montreal and the North Shore. If your address is outside our delivery zone, we will notify you as soon as possible.
    ⏰ Delivery Hours
    Deliveries take place between 9 AM and 3 PM. Due to multiple deliveries and traffic conditions, we cannot guarantee an exact delivery time.
    📅 Order in Advance
    All online delivery orders must be placed at least 48 hours in advance to ensure availability.
    ⚠️ Important Notes:
    • If the recipient’s address is incorrect and delivery is attempted, no refund will be issued. The customer assumes full responsibility for the purchase.
    • If the recipient refuses the delivery, the customer may be held fully liable for the cost of the order.
    • In case of severe weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances preventing delivery, we will contact you to reschedule or issue a refund.

    We only accept modification for the address, date and hours if we didn't deliver your order yet. We can't change the date or your delivery the day you've scheduled. Balloons will already be inflated and once inflated its non-refundable. Delivery orders can be canceled at the latest, 48 hours before your event date. If the recipient's address is incorrect and delivery was attempted to the address, there is no refund. Royal Party Balloons is not responsible for deliveries made to incorrect addresses submitted to us by the customer. If such a delivery is made, the customer assumes responsibility for the entire purchase.
