Many designs and colors are available. Just let us know about the event you're preparing for so that we can build the best arrangement for you or you can choose the designs and colors yourself. We only accept modification for the address, date and hours if we didn't deliver your order yet. We can't change the date or your delivery the day you've scheduled. Balloons will already be inflated and once inflated its non-refundable.

Delivery orders can be canceled at the latest, 48 hours before your event date.

If the recipient's address is incorrect and delivery was attempted to the address, there is no refund. Royal Party Balloons is not responsible for deliveries made to incorrect addresses submitted to us by the customer. If such a delivery is made, the customer assumes responsibility for the entire purchase.
Free delivery for the orders above 100$, balloon arches, frames, columns, large-scale garlands and compositions excluded

We deliver all around Montreal and North Shore. If your address is not eligible for delivery, we will let you as soon as possible

At the moment, we deliver between 9 am and 3 pm. We can't guarantee a specific time due to the other deliveries and traffic. Please note that all delivery orders made online must be placed 48 hours in advance.
