We have been doing aerodesign for several years, we really love our work and we really like to create a holiday to our customers, see you smiling and the happiness in your eyes. We process orders from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., create and bring the compositions at a convenient time, so be sure that we approach each order individually, this saves you time and sometimes money. And we are ready for any orders, even for the largest volume
What you can do?
From balloons we do absolutely everything. We can help you with everything you need to create or design any holiday, open a store, hold an exhibition or marketing events. Our pride is that we carefully work out the details, it is the details that add beauty to a particular character, or add grace to various figures from balloons. And we also appreciate the advice of our clients and listen to you when creating various elements, this is necessary when you need to maintain a certain style, color scheme and realize the most unusual project.

What should I know about ordering balloon decor?
We recommend ordering balloon decor at least 2 weeks  in advance to give us time to build the piece and to ensure that we have time to get the proper balloons without incurring rush charges. Delivery and set-up charges will vary based on the nature of the job, but we’ll be happy to quote you an estimate at any time. We can also quote you a price for removal of the decor when your event is over.
How long do your balloons last?
We use the top names in balloon suppliers such as Qualatex, Tuf-Tex and colorful Betallic to keep your balloon decor looking beautiful for as long as possible. You can expect foil and plastic balloons to float for up to two weeks. Our latex balloons will last longer than conventional balloons from the grocery or party store. We also treat all balloons larger than 12 inches with Hi-Float to keep them afloat longer. This specially designed sealant will keep balloons afloat five times longer than untreated balloons. Our balloon decor will last for the length of your celebration and in most situations longer then you can imagine.
How to make your balloons last longer
1. Keep the balloons inside with the temperature less than +26 C
2. Avoid direct sunlight and air conditioning
3. Avoid heat from stoves, lighting fixtures and other heating elements
4. Avoid sudden changes in temperature.
5. Avoid friction or pressure
6. Avoid sharp, rough surfaces near the balloons
7. If you live with pets, store your balloons in a room that they cannot
access. When your puppy pals and feline friends are left to their own devices, they will
have a ball playing with the strings and potentially puncturing the balloon itself. This is
also a good idea for your furry friends’ safety too, since they could get caught in the
strings or the popped balloon.
Can my very special balloon decor be used outdoors?
Outdoor balloon work comes with a remarkable unique set of challenges known as Nature. Over the years we have been asked to create balloon decor that can last in the elements. NO BALLOON DECOR IS 100% INDESTRUCTABLE; however, we have adapted some of our decor to help withstand the outdoor environment.
And with that being said we also state AGAIN, we do not guarantee outdoor work, Mother Nature always has the upper hand.
How do you process orders?
Processing orders and receiving calls: from 9:00 to 21:00 24-hour delivery is available only by prior arrangement, when the order is made at least 12 hours prior to the delivary day
Urgent orders are accepted only if possible if there is a free spot in the schedule and people who can fulfill your order.
To create a compositions, depending on the complexity, it takes from 1 to 5 days.
In some cases, small and non-complex figures can be executed faster.
Do you guarantee your service?
We guarantee that we will deliver your order as specified to the destination you choose within the time frame you specify. Balloons are in reality temporary items: Although Royal Party Balloons uses only the finest quality balloons, some balloons will occasionally deflate sooner than expected and will also be adversely affected by sunlight, rain, wind, rough handling, exposure to air in general and other uncontrollable forces of nature.
Due to the unexpected circumstances that can occur with any event, we reserve the right to make changes only in the best interest of our clients. If the facility is not available or set up at the promised time, decor may be left in the nearest acceptable location
What is your return policy?
1. DELIVERY CASE Our return and refund policy is handled on a case by case basis. In the unusual event you are not satisfied with your order please let us know within 24 hours of the delivery. After 24 hours it is very difficult for us to determine if the quality of the product was compromised prior to the delivery or if the quality was compromised after the delivery due to neglect or improper care. Rest assured, we will do everything we can to resolve any quality issues to your satisfaction.Â
Please note that latex balloons typically last only 12-24 hours. This is normal as latex is a porous material and cannot hold helium for any more than 12-24 hours. Depending on local conditions, such as temperature and humidity, some latex balloons will only last 8-12 hours. This is also normal behavior for latex balloons. We will not be able to consider any type of replacement or refund for latex balloons unless they last for under 8 hours.
